How weight care fits into Thrive
Thrive by Revitalize is one integrated virtual-care program. Hormone optimization, PCOS, weight and metabolic concerns are all managed within it where clinically appropriate. You do not choose between them, and you are not asked to enrol in more than one program to have them addressed together.
That matters, because weight that will not move is very often driven by something underneath it. Many patients who come to us about weight turn out to need hormone or metabolic care as well — and within Thrive, that care is already included in the same program.

Four programs. One standard of care.
Every Thrive program delivers the same standard of medical care. Your program level never changes the quality of your Nurse Practitioner care, how comprehensive your assessment is, which laboratory tests are ordered, or which treatments you are eligible for. Your laboratory investigations are individualized to your clinical need.
What changes is how much support and access you have around that care. The only question is: how involved would you like us to be in helping you reach your health goals?
The Revitalize Method Progress Appointment is where your plan actually gets worked — a structured progress review with your Patient Care Coordinator. Higher levels include more of them. Ordinary clinic coordination is never withheld at any level.

Your Nurse Practitioner determines your monitoring schedule. If you are new to hormone therapy you will generally be reassessed approximately every three months during your first year, unless your Nurse Practitioner decides a different schedule is right for you.
Nothing we charge for ever includes the cost of your medication. Your program fee covers care — prescribing, monitoring, and adjusting. Your medication is billed by your pharmacy and is your responsibility.
Included: your assessment and your managed care — the visits, the coordination, the monitoring, and the support between appointments.
Not included: medications, supplements, and lab work. Lab fees are billed directly by LifeLabs. Prescriptions are yours to fill wherever you like.
How you'll get started
At onboarding you will review and sign your documents securely inside Jane, our booking and records platform — there is nothing to sign on this website. The order is always the same: you complete the assessment first, you are free to stop there, and only if you decide to continue do you select a Thrive program and then any optional add-ons. Ongoing hormone and metabolic prescribing is provided within an active Thrive program — a continuity-of-care requirement, not a requirement to buy a particular level of support. A recommendation does not automatically mean a prescription is issued at the Results & Treatment Planning appointment; selecting a program is what lets your Nurse Practitioner keep prescribing, monitor your response, review follow-up bloodwork and adjust treatment safely over time. Every Thrive program delivers the same standard of medical care and they differ only in how much support is included around it. You are free to stop after your results appointment and take your assessment information and results to another appropriate healthcare provider. Enrolling does not guarantee prescribing or any particular treatment — your Nurse Practitioner determines what is clinically appropriate, and you consent to the specific treatment recommended.

You must be physically located in Ontario at the time of your appointment. A valid Ontario health card and credit card on file are required to book.

Reassessed, not parked
We do not use a fixed maintenance phase, because the human body is constantly changing. Hormone balance, metabolism, symptoms, medications, stress, sleep, activity, body composition and overall health can all shift throughout life. Care that is right at one point may need to be reassessed and adjusted later.
Rather than placing you into a permanent maintenance phase, we periodically reassess your goals, symptoms, labs, medications, lifestyle and overall health, and adjust your care as your needs change. That review draws on the same full picture throughout — body composition, energy, mood, sleep and sexual function — with blood work at clinically appropriate intervals.
Your plan is not a one-time destination. It is an ongoing clinical process that responds to the life stages and health changes you actually experience — pregnancy, perimenopause, menopause and post-menopause, andropause and age-related hormonal change, aging, weight and body-composition changes, metabolic and cardiovascular risk, medication changes, chronic conditions, recovery from illness or surgery, and shifts in stress, sleep, exercise and nutrition.
This does not mean everyone needs continuous treatment or frequent appointments forever. What happens next is decided by your current needs and clinical evaluation — and for some people that means less, or nothing further for a while.

Is our care inexpensive? No — and we won’t pretend otherwise. What we are is accessible. With 0% financing on programs over $1,000, feeling your best doesn’t have to wait until you can pay all at once.

Choose your program first, then any add-ons
Every Thrive program includes ongoing Nurse Practitioner–led medical management, clinically indicated laboratory monitoring and one introductory Registered Dietitian consultation. How much structured support you have — the number of Revitalize Method Progress Appointments, and whether dietitian and fitness support are included — is set by the level you choose. Add-ons are optional and are chosen after you have selected a program.
