This is not a treatment you receive passively. Consistent device use at home is the part that actually drives change, and results track closely with whether that work gets done. We teach you the protocol properly — how to use it, how often, and for how long.
Required use is not required purchase. If you already own a suitable device, bring it in and we will review it with you. Any device we sell is a separate purchase, never bundled into a program, and never a condition of care.
Where red-light therapy or a support wrap is recommended, it is recommended separately and on its own merits. It is not included in any program and not required to begin.

Hormones are one of several things that can contribute here, alongside circulation, pelvic-floor function, tissue health, medications, metabolic health, sleep and stress. For some people hormones turn out to matter a great deal. For many people they are not the main issue at all.
That is why a Hormone & Metabolic Assessment is not a required step in this pathway. We recommend it when your history, symptoms or findings actually point that way — not as a default add-on, and not as a gate you have to pass through to receive care here. If it is not indicated for you, we will say so.
