Most women with pelvic floor or sexual dysfunction issues have been told to do Kegel exercises or referred to physiotherapy — where they are surprised to discover the assessment involves an internal exam. Everything we do is fully clothed, non-invasive, and begins with understanding your situation completely. These tools help us do that before you ever step through the door.

Clinical Note: The FSFI-19 and PFDI-20 are validated research and clinical tools used worldwide. They provide a useful guide but do not replace a consultation with a qualified healthcare provider. An FSFI total score at or below 26.55 indicates risk for female sexual dysfunction and warrants clinical evaluation. Any PFDI-20 score above 0 indicates pelvic floor symptoms worth discussing with a clinician.
