Thrive by Revitalize is the Ontario-wide virtual care division of Revitalize Your Health, delivering structured programs in hormone optimization, medical weight loss (GLP-1), and PCOS for men and women. We're growing our Nurse Practitioner team.
What you'll do
- Deliver virtual assessments and ongoing care across hormone optimization, medical weight loss (GLP-1), and PCOS.
- Prescribe and monitor within your scope, using our standardized program protocols.
- Work within a supported, program-based model — bookings, payments, and admin are handled by the clinic.
- Collaborate with our dietitian and clinical team within a shared care model.
What we're looking for
- Nurse Practitioner in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO), with full prescribing authority.
- WorldLink Medical Level 2 (Part II) certification — or a willingness to obtain it — our minimum standard for hormone care.
- Genuine interest in hormone optimization, metabolic health, and virtual medicine.
- Warm, clear communication for a remote, membership-based patient base.

Registered Dietitian — Virtual

Revitalize Your Health runs structured, membership-based programs in hormone optimization, medical weight loss, and metabolic health for both men and women. We're hiring a Registered Dietitian to deliver the nutrition side of these programs, virtually, alongside our Nurse Practitioner team. This is not a hospital or institutional role — our patients are motivated, paying members in active medical programs (hormone therapy, GLP-1 medications, and PCOS) who want sustainable, real-world nutrition coaching that protects muscle, supports their goals, and drives results.
What you'll do
- Conduct virtual initial nutrition assessments and build realistic, sustainable plans.
- Support medical weight loss and metabolic optimization, including GLP-1 nutrition (protein adequacy, muscle preservation, side-effect management).
- Support men and women on hormone therapy and patients managing PCOS.
- Review food logs and adherence; adjust plans between visits to keep members progressing.
- Use body-composition data (InBody®) and our digital tools to demonstrate progress.
What we're looking for
- Registered Dietitian in good standing with the College of Dietitians of Ontario.
- Experience with virtual/telehealth nutrition care.
- Experience or strong interest in medical weight loss, GLP-1 patients, and metabolic/hormone health.
- Strong remote coaching and communication skills.
Structure: Independent contractor · all bookings, payments, and admin handled by the clinic · per-session compensation ($100 initial assessment / $60 follow-up) · remote, with optional in-person sessions at our Niagara Falls clinic for local candidates.

Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist — Virtual

Revitalize Your Health delivers pelvic and continence care, including a structured EMSELLA® pelvic floor program. We're expanding our virtual pelvic floor physiotherapy team.
What you'll do
- Conduct virtual pelvic floor physiotherapy assessments and reassessments.
- Develop and oversee plans of care that include our in-clinic EMSELLA® (HIFEM) neuromuscular stimulation program, delivered by our trained staff under your supervision.
- Support patients with urinary and bowel continence and pelvic floor concerns.
- Enable the physiotherapy pathway that supports insurance-billed care.
What we're looking for
- Physiotherapist in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario (CPO).
- Pelvic floor physiotherapy training and experience.
- Comfort with a virtual-assessment plus supervised in-clinic-delivery model.
- Genuine interest in continence and pelvic health.
