We care for three areas of health, and each one starts differently — a different first appointment, with a different person, in a different place. Find the pathway that matches what brought you here, and you will know exactly what your first step is.
You do not need to know what is causing your symptoms, or which treatment you need. You only need to pick the pathway that sounds closest to you. Everything after that is worked out with our team.
For anyone whose sexual function, comfort or confidence has changed — or who wants to protect what is working now. This pathway covers erectile function, desire and arousal, sensation and orgasm, comfort during intimacy, penile curvature and enhancement, and recovery after prostate treatment.
This pathway may be right for you if you are dealing with
Your first step — optional
Complimentary Sexual Function Overview with our Patient Care Coordinator. This conversation is optional. If you already know you are ready, you can book a clinical assessment directly without it.
This is a non-clinical conversation. She explains how the pathway works, walks you through the process and costs, and answers your questions. There is no examination, no medical history taken, and no obligation to go further. She does not diagnose, give medical advice, choose treatment or prescribe — that comes later, from a practitioner, at a clinical assessment.
Thrive by Revitalize is one integrated virtual-care program for hormone optimization, PCOS, weight management and metabolic concerns. These are not separate programs and you do not choose between them — they are managed together, within the one program, where clinically appropriate. There is no standalone weight-loss program.

Your first step
A Complimentary Thrive by Revitalize Virtual Care Information Appointment with our Patient Care Coordinator.
A 20-minute phone appointment. It is not a clinical appointment. You can book it simply to ask questions. Booking it does not commit you to a Thrive program, and if you decide you are ready to go ahead, your Patient Care Coordinator can help you with the next steps in the same appointment. She explains how the program works, what the assessment involves, and what it costs, before anything is booked with a practitioner. You must be located in Ontario to receive virtual care.
The pelvic floor supports the bladder, the bowel and sexual function all at once, so a single assessment can look at all of it together. This pathway is for men and women, and it starts with Shannon, our Certified Continence Advisor.

Not everyone who comes through this pathway needs treatment, and not everyone is a candidate for EMSELLA®. What is appropriate for you — including whether any treatment is needed at all — is Shannon’s clinical judgment, discussed with you at your consultation.
Your first step
A Complimentary Pelvic Floor Function Consultation with Shannon.
She reviews your symptoms, relevant history and the factors contributing to your situation, covers bladder, bowel and pelvic-floor education, and explains what would help. An EMSELLA® session is included unless it is contraindicated for you.
Plenty of people have symptoms that could sit in more than one pathway — and plenty have no idea which is which. That is completely normal, and it is not something you have to work out on your own.
Answer a couple of questions and we will point you to the right first appointment.
Every pathway follows the same shape. You start with a complimentary appointment so you understand your options. If you decide to continue, a practitioner completes a clinical assessment, and your recommendations and any prescribing come from that assessment — never from the first appointment. Costs are set out in full before you commit to anything.

Two people with the same complaint can need very different things. Sexual function is affected by blood flow, tissue health, pelvic-floor function, hormones and metabolic health, medications, sleep, stress and general health — and more than one of those is usually involved.
How much treatment, and in what order, is decided at your clinical assessment — not from a web page or a quiz. Age is part of the context, not the deciding factor. Individual treatments remain available. Men → Women →
