Priapus Toxin® is a newer, research-informed option that works differently from PRP — and can complement it. A precise injection of a neuromodulator into penile tissue is used to support erectile function. Who This Helps
This is an off-label use of a neuromodulator. The evidence for erectile function is promising but still limited, and there are no guaranteed outcomes. Whether it is appropriate for you — and whether something else would serve you better — is decided at your assessment, not before it.
Very limited early evidence has explored intralesional botulinum toxin in Peyronie’s disease. It is not an established treatment for curvature or plaque, and we will say so plainly if you ask about it.
What It Is
A neuromodulator is injected into the penis to relax the smooth muscle within the blood vessels, supporting blood flow to the area. It's a distinct mechanism from the P-Shot®, which is why the two are often used together. This is not a standard cosmetic neuromodulator injection applied to a different location — the product, dosing, technique, injection depth, and clinical rationale are all specific to this application.
The P-Shot® 100
When Priapus Toxin® is combined with the P-Shot® in the same visit, this is Dr. Runels' P-Shot® 100 protocol — pairing regenerative PRP with a neuromodulator.

The Procedure

Topical BLT 20/8/8 cream is applied and allowed to work fully. The procedure is significantly more comfortable than most men expect.
A neuromodulator is injected into penile tissue per the Runels Priapus Toxin® protocol. The injection itself is brief.
No downtime. Post-procedure instructions reviewed. You leave and resume your day. Follow-up at 4–6 weeks.
