Start with how it feels

What are you experiencing?

You don't need a diagnosis to begin, and you don't need to know which treatment you need. Everything we do sits in one of three areas of care. Read the three below, pick the one closest to what you're noticing, and you'll know exactly what your first appointment is.

Pathway One · In clinic · Niagara Falls

Sexual Function Optimization

For anyone whose sexual function, comfort or confidence has changed — and for anyone who wants to protect what is working now. Sexual function depends on blood flow, tissue health, hormones and the pelvic floor, so a change here is usually physical and usually treatable. It is rarely “just in your head”, and it is not something you have to accept.

You might be noticing: difficulty getting or keeping an erection · finishing sooner than you would like · low desire or difficulty with arousal · discomfort during intimacy · difficulty reaching orgasm · a curve or bend · changes after prostate treatment or childbirth.

Your first appointment

A Complimentary Sexual Function Overview with our Patient Care Coordinator. It is a non-clinical conversation — no examination, no medical history taken, no obligation. She explains how the pathway works and what it costs. Diagnosis, recommendations and any prescribing come later, from a practitioner.

Pathway Two · Virtual · Ontario-wide

Hormones, PCOS, Weight & Metabolic Health

Hormones, PCOS, weight and metabolism are connected, which is why Thrive by Revitalize manages them inside one integrated virtual-care program rather than as separate services. You do not choose between them. Weight that will not move often has a hormonal or metabolic driver underneath it, and that is looked at as part of the same assessment.

You might be noticing: hot flashes or night sweats · fatigue and low energy · brain fog or mood changes · low drive · irregular periods · weight that will not move despite genuine effort · blood work someone told you was “normal” while you felt anything but.

Your first appointment

A Complimentary Thrive by Revitalize Virtual Care Information Appointment with our Patient Care Coordinator. A 20-minute phone appointment. It is not a clinical appointment. You can book it simply to ask questions. Booking it does not commit you to a Thrive program, and if you decide you are ready to go ahead, your Patient Care Coordinator can help you with the next steps in the same appointment. She explains how the program works, what the assessment involves and what it costs, before anything is booked with a practitioner. You must be located in Ontario to receive virtual care.

Pathway Three · In clinic · Niagara Falls

Bladder, Bowel & Pelvic Floor Health

The pelvic floor supports the bladder, the bowel and sexual function at the same time, so one assessment can look at all of it together. This pathway is for men and women. So many people quietly plan their lives around a bathroom, or assume leaking is simply what happens after childbirth, prostate surgery or a certain age. It is common — and it is not something you have to live with.

You might be noticing: waking at night to urinate · sudden urgency · going too often · leaking with a cough, laugh or workout · not making it in time · bowel or gas leakage · a bulge, pressure or heaviness · changes after childbirth or prostate surgery.

Your first appointment

A Complimentary Pelvic Floor Function Consultation with Shannon, our Certified Continence Advisor. She reviews your symptoms, relevant history and the factors contributing to your situation, and covers bladder, bowel and pelvic-floor education. An EMSELLA® session is included unless it is contraindicated for you. Not everyone needs treatment, and what is appropriate is Shannon's clinical judgment, discussed with you.

Would a private, two-minute questionnaire help you put words to it? See all our symptom screeners → Your results are a starting point, not a diagnosis.

Your symptom is where the conversation starts — not where the assessment ends.

Two people with the same complaint can need very different things. We look at what is actually contributing — blood flow, tissue health, pelvic-floor function, hormones and metabolic health, medications, sleep, stress and general health — and then explain what we found.

ProactiveThings work; you want to keep them working.
Early changeSomething shifted and did not shift back.
EstablishedA clear, persistent problem.
ComplexLongstanding, or layered with other health issues.

How much treatment, and in what order, is decided at your clinical assessment — not from a web page or a quiz. Age is part of the context, not the deciding factor. Individual treatments remain available if that is what you want. Read the full picture →

Still not sure where you fit?

Plenty of people have symptoms that could sit in more than one of these, and plenty have no idea which is which. That is completely normal, and it is not something you have to work out on your own. Answer a couple of questions and we will point you to the right first appointment.
