Our approach to pricing

Honest pricing starts with an honest conversation.

Every pathway has a complimentary first appointment available if you want one — none of them require it. Below are our standard investment amounts: what each assessment, treatment and maintenance service actually costs. What we cannot tell you before we have met you is which of these you need, or how many. That is what your clinical assessment is for, and you will have it in writing before you commit to anything.

The right treatment — and the right price — depends on you. Quoting a number before we understand your body and your history would be guessing. We don't guess, and we don't oversell.

GAINSwave®
GAINSwave® for Him / Her
Discussed with you directly
GAINSwave® pricing depends on whether it is used on its own or as part of a wider treatment program, so we go through it with you rather than publishing a figure here. Ask us and we will give you the exact numbers for your situation.
GAINSwave® for Him / Her — maintenance
Quoted at your progress review
Once your active care is complete, maintenance is planned at your progress review and quoted then.

How many treatments suit you is a clinical question, not a shopping one. It depends on what is contributing in your case, and it is decided at your assessment — not from this page. We do not sell preset course sizes and we do not publish a package ladder.

If you would like to experience GAINSwave® before deciding anything, the Extended Sexual Function Medical Assessment ($599) includes a GAINSwave® treatment experience within the appointment.

Optional add-ons
NP Hormone & Metabolic Assessment
$399no HST
Evaluates the hormone and metabolic contributors separately from your physical treatments — with a Nurse Practitioner, not at your sexual-function assessment. Included in some programs; where it is not, you can add it. Purchased later on its own it is $399.
Genital neurotoxin
$1,250+ HST
Priapus Toxin® or Clitoxin®, on its own. This is a procedure price, not a per-unit rate — it is a different service from facial neurotoxin and is not priced the same way.
Genital neurotoxin added to a P-Shot® or O-Shot®
+$1,000+ HST
Available only when performed as an add-on to a P-Shot® or O-Shot®.
Affirm
$130+ HST
Uber Lube®
$45+ HST
A high-quality partner-to-partner lubricant. Not the one to use with a pump — that takes far more volume than it is worth. An inexpensive water-based lubricant does that job perfectly well.
Red-light wrap
$275+ HST
Targeted red-light therapy can complement pump use by supporting circulation and tissue health and helping reduce inflammation. Always optional, never automatically included — added only if you choose it.

Bloodwork, medications and prescribed supplementation are additional unless we have specifically said otherwise. Laboratory fees are paid to the laboratory, not to Revitalize. Private benefits may cover eligible expenses depending on your plan — coverage varies and we cannot guarantee it.

Facial and genital neurotoxin are priced differently on purpose. Facial treatment is priced per unit by product (see the facial neurotoxin page). Genital treatment is priced as a procedure. They are different services and the two prices are not comparable.

Not everything here is taxed the same way. Clinical assessments with Shannon, fitness and lifestyle services, neurotoxin and retail products such as Uber Lube® and the red-light wrap are taxable. Nurse Practitioner and Registered Dietitian professional services are tax exempt. Your receipt reflects what you actually received.

Physiotherapy is not a blanket exemption. Where care is genuinely delivered as physiotherapy, the professional service is treated accordingly — but that depends on the actual care arrangement, not on which room you sat in. EMSELLA® does not become physiotherapy merely because a physiotherapist is involved. Insurance reimbursement is never guaranteed and depends on your own plan. We will not make tax or coverage promises; we will give you an itemized receipt for what you received.

Book a single treatment directly
Book this directlyYou can book these online yourself. You do not need the complimentary coordinator appointment or a clinical assessment first, and returning patients do not need a new assessment — Jane collects the medical history and sends the preparation instructions either way.One treatment addresses the factors that treatment targets. Sexual function usually has more than one contributor, which is why we generally prefer a comprehensive program that works on several at once. Booking a single treatment is a perfectly reasonable choice — we just want you to know the difference.
Ongoing treatment

Programs come first, because coordinated care usually works better. Where more than one factor is contributing, we prefer to address them together in the same period of care rather than one at a time. A program coordinates the appropriate treatments into one plan, one investment and one schedule, so the contributing factors are worked on together rather than in sequence.

You can still buy treatments individually. Treatments bought separately at different times are charged at standalone pricing and do not retroactively qualify for program pricing.

Full in-clinic programs, injectables and combined plans are quoted in writing at your assessment, once we know they are right for you. We do not publish those prices because the right program depends on your baseline, your history and your goals.

Allied Health Support Benefit

Better health is rarely about changing everything at once. Thrive includes one Allied Health Support Benefit per 12 months of continuous care, so you can focus on the additional area that matters most right now.

Depending on your goals, your pathway may focus on:

  • Registered Dietitian — a 45-minute initial assessment and a 30-minute follow-up
  • Fitness & Lifestyle — a 45-minute initial assessment and a 30-minute follow-up
  • Sexual Health / Psychotherapycoming soon. Independent psychotherapists in our network can be seen now, booked and paid directly.

One benefit per 12 months of continuous Thrive care. Your first Thrive Foundations term includes it. Renewing Foundations at month six does not create a second benefit — it refreshes after twelve months of continuous care if you carry on. Optimize and Signature each include one per twelve-month term.

If you are using your benefit, you do not pay separately for those first two appointments — they are covered within your prepaid or financed Thrive program. Further check-ins afterwards are paid separately if you want them.

Your Allied Health Support Benefit applies to providers working directly within Revitalize. Independent providers in our network are booked and paid directly.

Using it does not prevent you from seeing other providers. You may use your included service in one area and still choose to see someone else if additional support would help. You are never required to see a particular provider — we explain what we believe may help, and you choose. How our provider network works →

Individual prices are published because these appointments can also be bought on their own, including by patients who are not in Thrive: $150 initial and $125 follow-up for both Registered Dietitian and Fitness & Lifestyle care. We do not sell multi-visit dietitian or allied-health packages.

Your clinical team may suggest which type of support appears most useful, but you remain part of the decision. This is not a credit, a gift card or a dollar balance — there is no leftover value, and it cannot be refunded, transferred or exchanged.

When it refreshes, your needs may have changed: you might focus on nutrition during one year, fitness and lifestyle the next, and sexual-health support later if that becomes more relevant. You may choose the same discipline again, a different one, or a different provider. We do not expect you to fix everything at once — the goal is to address important areas progressively and sustainably.

Choosing one area does not mean the others stop mattering. We continue to discuss and encourage every factor we believe is relevant to your health; the benefit simply decides where your included support goes first.

Pelvic-floor physiotherapy is handled separately, as its own clinical referral pathway, when an in-person pelvic-floor assessment is clinically important. More about our Collaborative Provider Network →

Recommended Home Body-Composition Tracking

Recommended at every Thrive level: the InBody Dial H30 — $499 + HST. Meaningful health change happens between appointments, and we strongly recommend home body-composition tracking for patients who want to see their progress more clearly over time.

Regular home measurements make it easier to identify trends and connect changes in nutrition, activity, treatment and daily habits with changes in your body over time. Long-term improvement is easier when we can track more than symptoms alone.

A single clinic measurement is a snapshot; home tracking helps show the trend. In-clinic InBody® 380 assessments provide more detailed body-composition information — home monitoring complements those assessments rather than replacing them.

This is a recommendation, not a requirement. Buying the scale is not mandatory, does not change the quality of your medical care, and is not required to remain in Thrive.

Revitalize Maintenance Benefit

Eligible sexual function programs include a Maintenance Benefit — an amount set aside toward your eligible maintenance care once active care is complete. We tell you your exact amount when we tell you the plan.

Included with eligible sexual function programs only. Not earned on assessments, Nurse Practitioner fees, physiotherapy professional fees, psychotherapy, dietitian or fitness services, Thrive programs, the pump, AFFIRM, the wrap, Über Lube, medication, HST, financing costs, maintenance services, or complimentary services.

No cash value · not refundable · not transferable. Your amount is confirmed with you at your Care Plan & Next Steps Review. This is a benefit of enrolling in an eligible sexual function program. Standalone treatments booked on their own do not include it.

What costs separately

Prescriptions and any laboratory work are billed separately. Nothing we charge for includes the cost of your medication, which your pharmacy bills.

Assessment

Every new Thrive patient completes the same Hormone & Metabolic Medical Assessment, $399. It is one assessment, completed in two appointments with laboratory investigations between them. It does not vary by condition, by budget, or by which Thrive program you go on to choose — your program begins after your assessment, and your Nurse Practitioner recommends the level of ongoing support that fits you.

Our staff coordinate both appointments with you. Paying for your assessment does not enrol you in anything.

Hormone & Metabolic Medical Assessment

  • Laboratory requisition or review
  • Blood work between appointments
  • Second Nurse Practitioner appointment

  • Clinical recommendations
  • Prescription when clinically appropriate
Ongoing program — Thrive

Thrive is one integrated virtual-care program. Hormone, PCOS, weight and metabolic concerns are all managed within it where clinically appropriate — you do not choose between them, and there is no separate weight-management program fee. Your initial assessment is separate from program membership.

Same clinical care.
Choose your level of support.

Every Thrive patient receives the same standard of Nurse Practitioner–led clinical care. What you choose is how much structured support surrounds it.

Every Thrive program — identical

  • Same standard of Nurse Practitioner–led clinical care
  • Same comprehensive assessment — the same $399 two-part assessment for everyone
  • Laboratory investigations individualized to your clinical need — no level-specific testing
  • Same eligibility for clinically appropriate treatment and medication
  • Ordinary clinic coordination — appointment help, forms, bloodwork logistics, pharmacy questions

Support Benefit
Thrive Foundations6 months$1,100221 per 12 months of care
Thrive Optimize12 months$1,850441
Thrive Signature12 months$2,8504121

The Allied Health Support Benefit is one per 12 months of continuous Thrive care, not one per enrolment. Your first Thrive Foundations term includes it; renewing Foundations at month six does not create a second. It refreshes after twelve months of continuous care if you carry on. Optimize and Signature each include one per twelve-month term.

Scheduled reviews are a planned schedule, not a limit on care — clinical judgement always governs. No interval shown here is a guarantee. Your Nurse Practitioner determines your actual monitoring schedule.

Which support level?

Thrive Foundations

Six months. The same standard of medical care, with a shorter commitment — long enough to establish treatment and find out what you actually need.

Thrive Optimize

Twelve months. The same core medical-care structure as Foundations, with better effective value for committing to a full year.

Thrive Signature

Twelve months with a monthly progress appointment. The same standard of Nurse Practitioner medical care as every other Thrive program — with substantially more ongoing support, accountability and coordinator contact around it.

Choose the level of support that fits you — not a different level of medicine. Every Thrive patient receives the same high standard of Nurse Practitioner medical care.

Your program level does not determine the quality of your medical treatment or what medication may be appropriate. The difference is how long you choose to commit to care and how much support you want around that medical care.

We assess broadly because you should not have to know in advance which factors are contributing. Identifying something is not the same as committing to treat it — once you understand your options, you decide what you are comfortable addressing, and you do not have to address everything at once. Why we assess more than one factor →

Thrive Foundations and Thrive Optimize provide the same core medical-care structure. Foundations is a six-month commitment; Optimize is a twelve-month commitment and offers better value for patients comfortable committing to a full year. If you prefer to commit six months at a time, you may continue through consecutive Foundations terms — you receive the same standard of medical care, and a new Allied Health Support Benefit with each new term.

Where people usually start. Most begin with Thrive Foundations and move to Optimize or Signature. Thrive Foundations is a recommendation, not a requirement — if you already know you want a fuller level of support, you can go straight into Optimize or Signature after your assessment.

The Progress Appointment is where your plan actually gets worked. It is a structured, non-clinical progress review with your Patient Care Coordinator — measurements and body-composition data where applicable, nutrition and activity review, sleep, how you are getting on with the plan, what is getting in the way, and what to adjust next.

Your Patient Care Coordinator does not diagnose, give medical advice, select treatment or prescribe. Anything clinical is routed to your Nurse Practitioner.

Ordinary clinic coordination is never withheld. Help with appointments, forms, bloodwork logistics, pharmacy questions and getting information to the right person is part of being a Revitalize patient at every level. What the higher levels add is planned, proactive progress work — not permission to contact us.

More on the other two: Registered Dietitian care · Fitness & Lifestyle support. Both are available on their own, without a Thrive program.

Program terms, payment and what to bring
Your assessment

The Hormone & Metabolic Medical Assessment is $399, completed in two appointments with laboratory investigations in between.

These are two separate professional appointments and each is billed when it happens. Together they come to $399. You are billed for the care you actually receive.

The assessment fee and any ongoing-program fee are separate. Completing the assessment does not guarantee treatment, prescribing or acceptance into a program.

How a program actually starts

Prescribing happens within an appropriate plan of care — either inside an ongoing Thrive program, or through a standalone Nurse Practitioner ED Medication Assessment where that is clinically appropriate. Before a Thrive program begins, all of the following must happen:

  • your Nurse Practitioner determines that ongoing care is clinically appropriate for you;
  • you select a program;
  • you sign the Program Selection, Terms and Add-Ons Agreement;
  • payment is completed in full, or approved through Beautifi;
  • treatment-specific informed consent takes place for whatever is being prescribed.

Thrive is paid in full when you enrol, for the six- or twelve-month term you choose.

Payment and refunds

Thrive is paid in full upfront for your six- or twelve-month term. We do not offer monthly instalments. If you would like to spread the cost, Beautifi is an independent third-party lender — that financing is an agreement between you and Beautifi, not a Revitalize payment plan.

Program fees are generally non-refundable. Choosing to stop, not attending, or not using included benefits does not create a refund or cash value.

If your Nurse Practitioner determines that you have become medically unable to continue, we will look at your circumstances and any unused care individually.

Your assessment fee is separate and is covered above.

Payment

Program payment is made in full, or through approved Beautifi financing.

Active patients maintain an approved payment method or security arrangement on file.

Your Ontario health card

A valid Ontario health card is requested when you book, and must be provided no later than your first Nurse Practitioner appointment. You will be asked to show your card at your first Nurse Practitioner appointment so we can verify your identity, and we record that the verification took place. We store your health card number in your clinical record. We do not keep a photograph or copy of your card.

Without it, clinical care cannot proceed and the applicable appointment charge remains due.

What costs separately

Prescribing. Enrolling does not guarantee prescribing or any particular treatment — your Nurse Practitioner determines what is clinically appropriate, and you consent to the specific treatment recommended.

Why ongoing prescribing needs an ongoing-care relationship. Your Nurse Practitioner may recommend medication or hormone therapy after reviewing your assessment, bloodwork and clinical findings. A recommendation does not automatically mean a prescription is issued at the Results & Treatment Planning appointment. If you decide to proceed with ongoing hormone or metabolic treatment through Revitalize, you will select a Thrive program so your Nurse Practitioner can continue to prescribe, monitor your response, review follow-up bloodwork and adjust treatment safely over time.

Prescribing cannot be separated from the monitoring it requires. Your Nurse Practitioner is taking responsibility for prescribing, monitoring your response, reviewing symptoms and follow-up bloodwork, watching for side effects, adjusting doses, reassessing as your health changes, and determining whether treatment remains appropriate. This is a continuity-of-care requirement, not a requirement to purchase a particular level of support. Your medical treatment is determined by the Nurse Practitioner; the Thrive options differ only in the amount of support included around that medical care.

After your results appointment you are free to stop there. If you do not wish to continue medical care through Revitalize, you may take your assessment information and results to another appropriate healthcare provider. They are yours.

This applies to ongoing hormone and metabolic prescribing. The standalone Nurse Practitioner ED Medication Assessment ($125) is a separate focused pathway — where clinically appropriate, ED medication can be prescribed through that assessment without enrolling in Thrive.

Your assessment fee pays for the medical assessment itself. Thrive membership is separate and covers ongoing prescribing, monitoring, follow-up and care-team support. Medication and laboratory costs are separate unless specifically stated otherwise.

For every program: prescribed medication is separate, supplements are separate, and laboratory testing charges are separate.

A home blood-draw covers the collection visit only — it does not include the laboratory testing charges themselves.

Additional appointments or services outside the listed inclusions may have separate fees.

Program term and three-month care periods

These are two different things.

Your program term is how long you enrol for: Thrive Foundations is six months; Optimize and Signature are twelve months.

A medical-care period is three months. Prescribing, medical oversight and support are provided in three-month periods within your program term. A six-month program contains two three-month care periods. A twelve-month program contains four.

When your Nurse Practitioner issues a three-month prescription, Revitalize also provides the medical oversight, monitoring and support connected with that prescription period.

Your term runs to its end date. You choose again at renewal — there are no mid-term program changes.

Pillar One · Health Teaching & Habits

Understanding the problem earlier gives you more information and more options.

Investing in your health can be expensive, and understanding what is going on early generally costs less than waiting. It also puts more of the decision in your hands.

That's why our first pillar isn't a machine or an injection. It's teaching. The least glamorous thing we do, and often the part that changes the most.

Take EMSELLA® and incontinence.

Shannon is a Certified Continence Advisor. She doesn't just run the machine. She identifies your type of incontinence, shows you what you're doing at home that's quietly making it worse, and teaches you how to stop, so improvements are more likely to be sustained.

Why spend money on treatment without understanding what comes next?
We make sure you leave knowing that.
