Every pathway has a complimentary first appointment available if you want one — none of them require it — and the prices below are the ones we can give you before we have met you. Anything that depends on your body and your history is quoted in writing at your assessment.
The right treatment — and the right price — depends on you. Quoting a number before we understand your body and your history would be guessing. We don't guess, and we don't oversell.
A complimentary appointment. No charge, no obligation, no exam.
A proper medical assessment to establish your baseline and your history.
A clear plan and an exact price in writing — no surprises, no pressure.
You choose the path that fits, and we begin.
Erectile function, Peyronie's, low desire, arousal and sensation, discomfort, and recovery after prostate treatment — for men and women. In-clinic, Niagara Falls.
How the $599 is made up. The Extended Comprehensive Clinical Assessment is $599. It includes everything in the $399 Comprehensive Clinical Assessment, plus a GAINSwave® session. The EMSELLA® session remains complimentary unless contraindicated.
GAINSwave® is never complimentary.
These are GAINSwave® package prices, set by GAINSwave®. They are already the package rate, so no further discount is applied to them — and they are separate from our coordinated multi-treatment programs, which are priced differently.
How many sessions suit you is a clinical question, not a shopping one. It depends on what is contributing in your case, and it is decided at your assessment — not from this page.
Bloodwork, medications and prescribed supplementation are additional unless we have specifically said otherwise. Laboratory fees are paid to the laboratory, not to Revitalize. Private benefits may cover eligible expenses depending on your plan — coverage varies and we cannot guarantee it.
Facial and genital neurotoxin are priced differently on purpose. Facial treatment is priced per unit by product (see the facial neurotoxin page). Genital treatment is priced as a procedure. They are different services and the two prices are not comparable.
Not everything here is taxed the same way. Clinical assessments with Shannon, fitness and lifestyle services, neurotoxin and retail products such as Uber Lube® and the red-light wrap are taxable. Nurse Practitioner, Registered Dietitian and physiotherapy professional services are tax exempt. Your receipt shows this correctly.
Programs come first, because coordinated care usually works better. Where more than one factor is contributing, we prefer to address them together in the same period of care rather than one at a time. A program coordinates the appropriate treatments and carries a Program Pricing Discount when they are purchased together.
You can still buy treatments individually. Treatments bought separately at different times are charged at standalone pricing and do not retroactively qualify for Program Pricing.
Full in-clinic programs, injectables and combined plans are quoted in writing at your assessment, once we know they are right for you. We do not publish those prices because the right program depends on your baseline, your history and your goals.
$200 Revitalize Maintenance Benefit. Patients who complete an initial Sexual Function Optimization Program and choose not to proceed with the Comprehensive Nurse Practitioner Medical Assessment receive a $200 benefit toward eligible maintenance services.
Conditions: available after completion of the initial Sexual Function Optimization Program · applies only when you did not proceed with the Comprehensive Nurse Practitioner Medical Assessment · may be used toward eligible maintenance services · not redeemable for cash · not transferable · not applicable to assessments, virtual-care memberships or new initial programs.
This is a specific benefit within eligible Sexual Function Optimization Programs. It does not mean every service or program purchased at Revitalize includes a maintenance benefit.
Prescriptions and any laboratory work are billed separately. Nothing we charge for includes the cost of your medication, which your pharmacy bills.
Hormone symptoms, menopause, perimenopause, andropause and testosterone, PCOS, insulin resistance and medical weight management — one program covering hormones and weight together. Virtual Care · Available Across Ontario.
A 20-minute phone appointment. This is not the Nurse Practitioner medical assessment, and it is not an appointment for diagnosis, prescribing or treatment decisions.
Book Your Virtual Care Information Appointment →Every new Thrive patient completes the same Comprehensive Nurse Practitioner Medical Assessment, $399. It is one assessment, completed in two appointments with laboratory investigations between them. It does not vary by condition, by budget, or by which Thrive program you go on to choose — your program begins after your assessment, and your Nurse Practitioner recommends the level of ongoing support that fits you.
Our staff coordinate both appointments with you. Paying for your assessment does not enrol you in anything.
Thrive is one integrated virtual-care program. Hormone, PCOS, weight and metabolic concerns are all managed within it where clinically appropriate — you do not choose between them, and there is no separate weight-management program fee. Your initial assessment is separate from program membership.
Same clinical care.
Choose your level of support.
Every Thrive patient receives the same standard of Nurse Practitioner–led clinical care. What you choose is how much structured support surrounds it.
Every Thrive program — identical
There is no better medicine in a more expensive program. There is more support.
What actually differs
| Program | Price | NP follow-ups | Progress appts | Dietitian | Fitness |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter Care6 months | $1,000 | 2 | 2 | 1 | — |
| Thrive Optimize12 months | $2,000 | 4 | 4 | 1 | 1 |
| Signature12 months | $2,800 | 4 | 12 | 1 | 1 |
| Lasting Care12 months, renewable | $1,500 | 4 | 2 | optional | optional |
Scheduled reviews are a planned schedule, not a limit on care — clinical judgement always governs. No interval shown here is a guarantee. Your Nurse Practitioner determines your actual monitoring schedule.
Which support level?
Starter Care
Six months. Where most people begin — long enough to establish treatment and find out what you actually need.
Thrive Optimize
Twelve months. A full year of regular progress work, with dietitian and fitness assessments built in.
Signature
Twelve months with a monthly progress appointment — three times as much structured progress work as Thrive Optimize.
Lasting Care
Twelve months, renewable. For when you are settled and want your medical care maintained with lighter check-ins.
Choose on how much support you want — not on how good the medicine is. That part does not change.
Where people usually start. Most begin with Starter Care and move to Optimize or Signature, then into Lasting Care. Starter Care is a recommendation, not a requirement — if you already know you want a fuller level of support, you can go straight into Optimize or Signature after your assessment.
Pay up front, or spread it out through Beautifi.

Dietitian and fitness support are not included at this level. Both remain available, and we encourage them.
The Revitalize Method Progress Appointment is where your plan actually gets worked. It is a structured, non-clinical progress review with your Patient Care Coordinator — measurements and body-composition data where applicable, nutrition and activity review, sleep, how you are getting on with the plan, what is getting in the way, and what to adjust next.
Your Patient Care Coordinator does not diagnose, give medical advice, select treatment or prescribe. Anything clinical is routed to your Nurse Practitioner.
Ordinary clinic coordination is never withheld. Help with appointments, forms, bloodwork logistics, pharmacy questions and getting information to the right person is part of being a Revitalize patient at every level. What the higher levels add is planned, proactive progress work — not permission to contact us.
More on the other two: Registered Dietitian care · Fitness & Lifestyle support. Both are available on their own, without a Thrive program.
The Comprehensive Nurse Practitioner Medical Assessment is $399, completed in two appointments with laboratory investigations in between.
These are two separate professional appointments and each is billed when it happens. Together they come to $399. You are billed for the care you actually receive.
The assessment fee and any ongoing-program fee are separate. Completing the assessment does not guarantee treatment, prescribing or acceptance into a program.
Revitalize does not provide prescribing outside an active Thrive program. Before a program begins, all of the following must happen:
Thrive is paid in full when you enrol, for the six- or twelve-month term you choose.
Thrive is paid in full upfront for your six- or twelve-month term. We do not offer monthly instalments. If you would like to spread the cost, Beautifi is an independent third-party lender — that financing is an agreement between you and Beautifi, not a Revitalize payment plan.
Program fees are generally non-refundable. Choosing to stop, not attending, or not using included benefits does not create a refund or cash value.
If your Nurse Practitioner determines that you have become medically unable to continue, we will look at your circumstances and any unused care individually.
Your assessment fee is separate and is covered above.
Program payment is made in full, or through approved Beautifi financing.
Active patients maintain an approved payment method or security arrangement on file.
A valid Ontario health card is requested when you book, and must be provided no later than your first Nurse Practitioner appointment. You will be asked to show your card at your first Nurse Practitioner appointment so we can verify your identity, and we record that the verification took place. We store your health card number in your clinical record. We do not keep a photograph or copy of your card.
Without it, clinical care cannot proceed and the applicable appointment charge remains due.
Prescribing. Revitalize does not provide prescribing outside an active Thrive program. You complete the assessment first and are free to stop there; if you continue, you select a program and then any optional add-ons. Enrolling does not guarantee prescribing or any particular treatment — your Nurse Practitioner determines what is clinically appropriate, and you consent to the specific treatment recommended.
Your assessment fee pays for the medical assessment itself. Thrive membership is separate and covers ongoing prescribing, monitoring, follow-up and care-team support. Medication and laboratory costs are separate unless specifically stated otherwise.
For every program: prescribed medication is separate, supplements are separate, and laboratory testing charges are separate.
A home blood-draw covers the collection visit only — it does not include the laboratory testing charges themselves.
Additional appointments or services outside the listed inclusions may have separate fees.
These are two different things.
Your program term is how long you enrol for: Starter Care is six months; Optimize and Signature are twelve months; Lasting Care is twelve months and renewable.
A medical-care period is three months. Prescribing, medical oversight and support are provided in three-month periods within your program term. A six-month program contains two three-month care periods. A twelve-month program contains four.
When your Nurse Practitioner issues a three-month prescription, Revitalize also provides the medical oversight, monitoring and support connected with that prescription period.
Your term runs to its end date. You choose again at renewal — there are no mid-term program changes.
Urinary leakage, urgency and frequency, bowel control, pelvic floor weakness, prolapse, postpartum recovery and recovery after prostate treatment. In-clinic, Niagara Falls.
The six-session course price is the course itself. Any additional treatments, products or ongoing maintenance are separate and are discussed with you before anything is booked.
None of these are required to begin care. They are optional, and you can add them at any point.
A dietitian assessment is included in Starter Care, Optimize and Signature, and is optional and encouraged in Lasting Care. An included assessment is part of your program and is not separately receipted for insurance. The prices above are for additional appointments.
An additional session is $125 and receives a professional Registered Dietitian receipt you may submit to your plan. Coverage varies by plan and reimbursement cannot be guaranteed.
Registered Dietitian care is open to anyone — you do not need to be a Thrive patient.
Dietitian appointments are billed when they happen. We do not sell blocks of future dietitian appointments in advance. If you have placed funds on your account, they are simply applied to each appointment as it occurs, and your receipt is for the professional service you actually received.
Available once you have completed the comprehensive initial Nurse Practitioner assessment — you do not need to be enrolled in Thrive. These are arranged by the clinic, not booked online. They sit outside the Nurse Practitioner visits included in your program, do not extend your term and do not change your program level. The 15-minute visit is only for a brief issue that can reasonably be dealt with in that time — your Nurse Practitioner may determine that a longer appointment, testing or another form of care is needed instead. Speak to us and we will arrange what is appropriate.
Not included in any Thrive program. Optional at any support level. You buy it directly from InBody Canada, who ship it to you — Revitalize does not take payment for the scale and does not ship it. List price $499; use code REVITALIZE50FS to save $50. More about the home scale →
This covers the collection visit itself. Laboratory testing and processing charges remain separate and are billed by the laboratory.
Everything else — full in-clinic programs, injectables and combined plans — is quoted in writing at your assessment, once we know it is right for you. Every payment comes with a medical receipt you can submit for reimbursement: see insurance & receipts.
Investing in your health can be expensive, and understanding what is going on early generally costs less than waiting. It also puts more of the decision in your hands.
That's why our first pillar isn't a machine or an injection. It's teaching. The least glamorous thing we do, and often the part that changes the most.
Shannon is a Certified Continence Advisor. She doesn't just run the machine. She identifies your type of incontinence, shows you what you're doing at home that's quietly making it worse, and teaches you how to stop, so improvements are more likely to be sustained.
Why spend money on treatment without understanding what comes next?
We make sure you leave knowing that.
Programs over $1,000 can be spread into manageable monthly payments at 0% interest over 6 or 12 months through Beautifi, an independent third-party lender. Checking your options is a soft inquiry that won't affect your credit score, and there's no obligation to proceed. Subject to approval and eligibility; a small monthly administration fee, disclosed by Beautifi, may apply.
