Accessibility at Revitalize Your Health

We are committed to making our care, our clinic, and this website welcoming and usable for everyone.

Our commitment

Revitalize Your Health is committed to treating all people with dignity and independence, and to meeting the accessibility needs of people with disabilities in a timely manner. We support the goals of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and the Integrated Accessibility Standards, and we work to identify and remove barriers to access.

Communication & formats

We will communicate with you in ways that work for you. If you need information from us — including anything on this website — in an accessible format or with communication support, we will provide it, and we’ll work with you to meet your needs at no additional cost. Just ask.

This website

We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as a practical standard: readable text and contrast, keyboard-navigable menus, descriptive links and image alternatives, and layouts that adapt to phones, tablets, and larger text. Accessibility is ongoing — if something on the site is hard to use, we want to hear about it so we can fix it.

Visiting the clinic

Our clinic is a private, calm space and we’re glad to accommodate. Parking is free and on-site. If you have specific accessibility needs for your visit — mobility, a support person, scheduling, or anything that would make your appointment easier — please tell us ahead of time and we will do our best to arrange it.

Service animals & support persons

Service animals and support persons are welcome. If a support person accompanies you, they are welcome to be present during your appointment with your consent.

Feedback & requesting accommodations

We welcome your feedback on how we provide accessible service, and we take it seriously. If you experienced a barrier, need an accommodation, or want information in another format, please reach us:

Phone or text: 289-271-2444
Email: info@revitalizeyourhealth.ca
In person / by mail: 4383 Portage Rd, Unit 201, Niagara Falls, Ontario L2E 6A6

We will acknowledge your feedback and respond as quickly as we can. Feedback can be given by phone, text, email, or in person — whatever is easiest for you.

This statement reflects our ongoing commitment under the AODA and will be reviewed and updated as our clinic and website evolve. It is provided for information and does not limit any rights under the AODA or the Ontario Human Rights Code.

It costs you nothing to explain what you're going through and learn how we can help you.
