If you are on a Thrive program
Your Allied Health Care Benefit
Every new Thrive program term includes at least one Allied Health Care Benefit — and Thrive Signature includes two: an initial assessment and one follow-up with your choice of participating Integrated Provider.
You choose the discipline and the provider that best fits your goals for that term. At launch that means either Registered Dietitian or Fitness & Lifestyle — one, not both. When you begin a new Thrive term you may keep the same provider or choose a different discipline entirely. Someone who worked on movement first might work on nutrition next. That flexibility is deliberate.
Two things worth knowing
A new term means a new benefit. Complete six months and start a new term, or renew for another year, and a new Allied Health Care Benefit comes with it.
Upgrading to Thrive Signature mid-term does not. It changes your level of support, but it does not restart your term or create a second benefit.

How the network is organised
Two kinds of partner, and the difference matters
Integrated Providers participate directly in the Revitalize care pathway. They can be selected for your Allied Health Care Benefit, they coordinate with the medical and care team where appropriate, and their work is built around your optimization plan. Many run their own independent practices alongside this, and you are welcome to continue with them beyond the included benefit.
Referral Partners are trusted external providers we may recommend when something falls outside what we offer. They are not part of the Allied Health Care Benefit. You book with them directly, they bill you directly, and they keep their own records, consent and clinical processes. We suggest them because we think they are good, not because we manage them.
Choose one for your benefit
Integrated Providers
Both participate in the Thrive Allied Health Care Benefit. You select one per program term.
Provider profiles coming shortly
Individual profiles for our Registered Dietitian and our Fitness & Lifestyle Coach are being prepared with each provider and will appear here once they are complete. In the meantime your coordinator can tell you about either.
Outside the benefit
Referral Partners
Sometimes the right answer sits outside what we offer. Referral Partners are trusted external providers we may recommend when specialised expertise would serve you better than anything we could provide ourselves.
They work differently from Integrated Providers in three ways that matter to you. They are not included in the Allied Health Care Benefit. You book and pay directly with their practice. And they keep their own clinical records, consent and processes, because they are independent practitioners rather than an extension of this clinic.
We recommend them because we think they are good at what they do, not because we manage them. Where a referral would help, your clinician will raise it at your appointment and explain why.

Why it is organised this way
One team around you, not a list of phone numbers
Revitalize stays the central medical and care-navigation relationship. Integrated Providers extend that care into nutrition, fitness, movement and lifestyle implementation. Referral Partners extend it further when outside expertise is the right answer.
The point is that these people talk to each other where it matters, so you are not the one carrying information between them. What we will not do is pretend we run their businesses. The independent practices are independent, and we would rather be clear about that than blur it.
