This is a small, deliberately chosen team. Everyone here is excellent at what they do and genuinely cares about the people they look after — in the clinic in Niagara Falls and virtually across Ontario.

What the Front Office Lead does

What the Patient Care Coordinator does not do
How clinical and non-clinical roles work together
Our practitioners conduct clinical assessments, make clinical decisions, provide recommendations, and prescribe where clinically appropriate and within their scope of practice. Our Front Office Lead and Patient Care Coordinator are non-clinical roles: they help you reach the right pathway, explain how the clinic works, and keep your care organized. They do not diagnose, give medical advice, select treatment or prescribe — that always comes from a practitioner.
To help people understand their own bodies and get them working the way they should — with honest guidance, real treatments, and the dignity these concerns deserve.
A clinic where sexual function, pelvic health, hormones, and weight are treated openly and expertly — so no one has to keep quietly living with something that can be fixed.
We care. We listen. We treat. We teach. And we hold ourselves to results — because nothing gets better if you do nothing, and we know where to begin.
