Shannon is a Registered Respiratory Therapist with an Anesthesia Assistant designation and 25+ years of critical care experience. She is a Certified Continence Advisor — the only EMSELLA provider in the Niagara region with this credential — and a approved instructor within Dr. Charles Runels' network for the P-Shot®, O-Shot®, Vampire Facelift®, Vampire Breast Lift®, Vampire Wing Lift®, Priapus Toxin® and Clitoxin®. She is also certified in cosmetic neuromodulator and dermal filler.

Kathryn Sharman is a Nurse Practitioner with full prescribing authority and the Medical Director overseeing Revitalize Your Health's regulated medical procedures. With more than six years across primary care and aesthetic medicine — and her own established primary care and cosmetic practice — she brings a strong clinical foundation and a particular interest in the therapeutic treatment of migraine, hyperhidrosis, and TMJ. At Revitalize Your Health she provides the medical governance and oversight that keep every treatment safe, evidence-based, and compliant with professional standards.

Jennifer Kowalyk is a Nurse Practitioner with full prescribing authority leading Thrive by Revitalize. She manages hormone optimization, testosterone replacement therapy, GLP-1 medical weight loss, PCOS assessment and management for patients across Ontario. Jennifer brings a thorough, unhurried approach to virtual care — appointments are 50 minutes, not 10.

Grace Sizenando is a pelvic floor physiotherapist who conducts virtual assessments for Revitalize Your Health patients. Her formal physiotherapy assessment enables EMSELLA sessions to be billed under physiotherapy — making them HST exempt and potentially covered by extended health benefits. Grace brings deep clinical knowledge of pelvic floor dysfunction to every patient she works with.

Mary is often the first person you’ll speak with — by phone, by text, or when you walk through our doors — and her role is to make that first step feel easy. She helps you find the right starting point, answers your questions about our services and how we work, and takes care of booking, scheduling, and the day-to-day details so your experience is smooth from the very beginning. We know the concerns people bring to us aren’t always easy to talk about. Mary’s job is to make sure every person who reaches out feels welcomed, respected, and never rushed — whether you’re ready to book or just beginning to explore your options. Warm, discreet, and genuinely helpful, she’s here to make getting care feel simple.

Patient Care Coordinator
Your Care Journey · Non-clinical support
Our Patient Care Coordinator guides you through the non-clinical side of getting started. When you reach out, she is the person who explains how each pathway works, what your options are, and which starting point makes sense for you. She provides education about the clinic process, supports your onboarding, and reviews general program and pricing information so you know what to expect before you commit to anything. There is no medical history taken and no pressure at that first appointment; it is simply a chance to learn how we may be able to help. Once you begin, she stays alongside you — coordinating your appointments, keeping your care organized across our clinical team, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

How clinical and non-clinical roles work together
Our practitioners conduct clinical assessments, make clinical decisions, provide recommendations, and prescribe where clinically appropriate and within their scope of practice. Our Front Office Lead and Patient Care Coordinator are non-clinical roles: they help you reach the right pathway, explain how the clinic works, and keep your care organized. They do not diagnose, give medical advice, select treatment or prescribe — that always comes from a practitioner.
