Your satisfaction and safety matter to us. Because we sell intimate wellness products, supplements, and personal devices, our return policy reflects the health and hygiene standards these products require. Please read this before completing your order.
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, all sales of intimate wellness products, supplements, and personal devices are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items. This is standard practice for products of this nature and protects the safety of all our clients.
We stand behind everything we ship. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@revitalizeyourhealth.ca with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Unopened items in their original, unused, and resalable packaging may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, at our discretion. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and a restocking consideration may apply. Please contact us before returning any item so we can guide you through the process.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
