Start with what brought you here

How we help women

You do not need a diagnosis to begin, and you do not need to know which treatment you need. Pick the area closest to what you are noticing — each one is a complete starting point on its own.

How to use this page

Three ways in — and you choose

Everything we do sits in one of three areas of care. Each one is a front door on its own. You can come to us only for bladder control. You can come to us only for hormones or metabolic health. You never have to raise sexual function to be seen, and we will not route you through it to get somewhere else.

Start with the concern that actually brought you here. If something in another area turns out to be relevant, we will tell you plainly and let you decide whether to look at it — that is your call, not a condition of care.

Area One · In clinic · Niagara Falls

Sexual Function

For any woman whose desire, arousal, sensation, comfort or confidence have changed — and for any woman who wants to protect what is working now. Sexual function depends on blood flow, tissue health, hormones and the pelvic floor, so a change here is usually physical and usually treatable. It is rarely “just in your head”.

You might be noticing: low desire · difficulty with arousal · dryness or discomfort during intimacy · reduced sensation · difficulty reaching orgasm · changes after childbirth · changes after menopause.

A Comprehensive Clinical Assessment. We look at what is actually driving the change before anyone talks about a treatment plan.

Bladder, Bowel & Pelvic Floor

Leaking, urgency, prolapse and bowel control are common, and they are treatable. You can come to us for this and nothing else. We will not turn a bladder or pelvic floor appointment into a sexual function conversation.

You might be noticing: leaking with coughing, laughing, lifting or exercise · sudden urgency · going often · getting up at night · heaviness, pressure or a bulge · bowel leakage or urgency · changes after childbirth.

A continence and pelvic floor assessment. Bladder and pelvic floor control is the goal of the appointment, and it stays the goal.

Hormone & Metabolic Health

Perimenopause, menopause, PCOS, thyroid, energy, sleep and metabolic health are their own area of care. You can start here directly. Nothing about sexual function is required to be assessed, and you do not have to be in perimenopause or menopause to be seen.

You might be noticing: hot flashes or night sweats · irregular or changing cycles · fatigue that sleep does not fix · low mood, anxiety or irritability · poor sleep · brain fog · stubborn weight · PCOS symptoms.

A Hormone & Metabolic Assessment with our Nurse Practitioner. It is a one-time assessment — ongoing Thrive care is a separate decision you make afterward, not something the assessment commits you to.

How we think about it

The concern is the doorway, not the whole picture

Whatever brings you in is real and worth treating on its own. It is also usually one visible piece of something larger. The things that shape how you feel and function tend to include circulation and blood flow, the pelvic floor, tissue health and sensation, hormones and other medical factors, medications, metabolic health, lifestyle, sleep and stress, and confidence and relationship.

Some of those pieces will matter for you and some will not. The point of a first appointment is to find out which ones are actually in play, so you are treating the cause and not only the symptom. We will tell you honestly which pieces we can help with, which need investigation, and which belong with another professional.

Still not sure which one?

Start with what you are feeling and we will point you to the right first appointment.
