These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and online shop operated by Revitalize Your Health Inc. ("Revitalize Your Health," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
The content on this website — including service descriptions, articles, and the self-assessment tools (such as the FSFI, PFDI-20, IIEF, SHIM, and EHS) — is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, is not a diagnosis, and is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified health-care provider. Assessment results are screening indicators only and must be interpreted in the context of a full clinical conversation. Always seek the advice of your physician or another qualified provider with any questions about a medical condition, and never disregard professional advice because of something you read here. You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and not to misuse it, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access areas or data you are not authorized to access. You are responsible for the accuracy of any information you submit through our forms, assessments, or checkout. The site is intended for adults (18+).
Products offered in our shop are selected by our clinical staff and are provided for personal use as part of, or alongside, patient care. Product descriptions, availability, and pricing are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD) and, where indicated, are subject to applicable taxes (HST). We may correct errors, update descriptions, and change or discontinue products or pricing at any time without notice. Placing an order is an offer to purchase; we may accept or decline any order.
Payment is processed securely by Stripe. By purchasing, you agree to Stripe's terms and authorize the charge for your order total. We do not store your full card details.
We ship within Canada only. Certain products — including the Dr. Kaplan items — ship directly from the manufacturer, and delivery timelines, tracking, and handling for those items are managed by the manufacturer. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and we are not responsible for carrier delays. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier.
For hygiene, health, and safety reasons, intimate devices and ingestible supplements are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange once shipped or delivered, except where required by law. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@revitalizeyourhealth.ca or by text at 289-271-2444 and we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. Manufacturer-shipped items may also be subject to the manufacturer's own warranty and return terms.
The site links to and relies on third-party services, including our payment processor (Stripe), our booking system (Jane), and external stores such as AlumierMD's professional store. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content, products, or practices. Links to external sites are provided for convenience only.
All content on this site — text, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to Revitalize Your Health Inc. and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute it without our written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.
The website and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Individual results from any product or treatment vary and are not guaranteed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revitalize Your Health Inc., its staff, and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law that cannot be waived.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be subject to the courts located in Ontario.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision, and your continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
