The assessment is a one-time cost. It answers a simple question: where is my health right now? You pay once to find out. After that, what you do is entirely your choice — nothing further, supplementation if appropriate, or a program.
The program is the ongoing care, priced separately. Programs run for six or twelve months — we ask for at least six, because real change takes time and no one can tell how they're truly doing in just a few weeks. The twelve-month option is the same care at better value, and it carries you through a full course of care.
Full Metabolic & Hormone Assessment — $399
This is our assessment, for everyone. Two appointments separated by your blood work: we meet, send your requisition, you complete your blood work, then meet again for your results. We look at the whole picture — hormones, metabolism, and weight together — because they are connected. Weight is never just one thing, so we don't treat it that way. Whatever your goal, this is where we start.
Second-Look Assessment — $300
One appointment after blood work, for people already in care elsewhere who'd like our read.
Focused Visit — $100
One appointment for ED medication only, with no program.
One program covers all of it — hormone optimization, weight management, and PCOS, together. Your nurse practitioner prescribes and manages whatever your body needs, including weight-loss medication when it's appropriate, at no extra program fee. Choose the level of support that suits you.
Your program covers your care — never the medication itself. The cost of any medication is billed by your pharmacy and is always your responsibility. We prescribe, monitor and adjust it; we never sell it or include it in your fee.

You can move from Essentials up to Concierge anytime. Depending on where you are in your term, we'll either finish out your current term and move you into Concierge for a fresh year, or stop it, prorate a refund for the unused portion, and start you on Concierge.
With Concierge, your blood work comes to you — LifeLabs draws it at home. No clinic trip, no waiting room; the comfort of being looked after where you are.
Once you're stabilized, some clinics move you to a bare-bones "maintenance" plan — a quick prescription refill and little else. We don't believe in that. We don't think your care, or our commitment to you, should drop just because you're doing well.
We keep monitoring what matters — your body composition, energy, mood, sleep, and sexual function — and because this is virtual care, we continue blood work every three months. As steady as things may feel, life changes and your body changes with it. We would rather keep caring for you properly than quietly give you less. So no, we're not the cheapest option; we're the one caring for you better than anyone else. That is what private care is meant to be.
It's included in your program when your nurse practitioner feels it's appropriate — she prescribes and manages it alongside your hormones at your regular visits, at no extra program fee. You only pay your pharmacy for the medication itself. If you'd like closer contact while getting started — more frequent check-ins and body-composition scans — you can add a Close Support pack anytime.

Want us checking in more often, tracking your food and movement, and scanning your progress more frequently? Buy a pack of coordinator check-ins and InBody scans — no expiry, use them as often as you like. Your prescribing and dose adjustments stay with your nurse practitioner on your program schedule.

Track your muscle and fat at home — highly recommended for virtual patients. One price for everyone.
0% interest financing is available on any program over $1,000, through Beautifi — an independent, third-party lender. Spread your care over 6 or 12 months at 0% interest. For example, a 12-month program works out to about $163/month at 0% interest. Applying takes about two minutes and is a soft check that won't affect your credit score.
Financing is subject to approval and eligibility; a small monthly administration fee, disclosed by Beautifi, may apply.
We cover the interest so you don't have to — because feeling your best shouldn't have to wait until you can pay all at once.
Is our care inexpensive? No — and we won't pretend otherwise. What we are is accessible. Whatever you need, there's always a way we can help, and with 0% financing, starting doesn't have to wait.
To be completely clear: nothing we charge for ever includes the cost of your medication. Your program fee covers our care — the prescribing, monitoring and adjusting of your treatment. The medication itself is billed separately by your pharmacy and is always your responsibility. Some medications are covered by extended health benefit plans and many are not; check your specific coverage with your provider. We are glad to help you understand your options, but we do not sell, bill, or control the cost of any medication.
Because you're paying for care that runs continuously — your nurse practitioner carrying medical responsibility for your prescription the whole time, plus repeat blood work, dose adjustments, tracking, your dietitian, and coordinator check-ins. The appointments are the part you see; the monitoring around them is what turns a prescription into lasting results.
When you start, you'll sign a Program Agreement that sets out the full terms — commitment, cancellation, blood-work timing, and how virtual care works. We'll walk you through all of it before you commit to anything.
One thing we ask, and it's about your safety: every time your nurse practitioner sees you, she's reviewing your results and adjusting or renewing your prescription — which means she's actively caring for you. So if you decide not to continue, please tell us before your next renewal, so she can take you off safely and you're not committed to a block you didn't want. We're never trying to make anyone stay — it's always your choice.
