What the assessment is for

Sometimes medication is the right step. Sometimes an in-clinic treatment or procedure is. Sometimes what needs attention is something else — nutrition, movement, body composition, sleep, recovery or stress. Often more than one of these is relevant at the same time.

The purpose of a proper assessment is to work out which of these actually matter for you, and which of the options available here are appropriate.

We specialize in hormone optimization and restoration for men and women. Gender-affirming and transition-related care calls for a practitioner with specialized training in that area — and we're glad to help point you toward one. It's care that deserves a specialist, and that isn't our focus. We're not against it in any way; we simply believe you deserve someone who does it every day.
