"Normal" ranges are wide and often unhelpful; optimal frequently sits at the higher end of normal, and occasionally just above. We treat to how you feel and function — never beyond accepted safety ranges, because the risks of overshooting are real, and we only ever want what's best for you.
We specialize in hormone optimization and restoration for men and women. Gender-affirming and transition-related care calls for a practitioner with specialized training in that area — and we're glad to help point you toward one. It's care that deserves a specialist, and that isn't our focus. We're not against it in any way; we simply believe you deserve someone who does it every day.
Your medical care is the same in every program. The programs differ only in how much support and access you have around it — you will never have to choose your level of care. Every patient gets 100%, no matter what they pay.

Every Thrive program delivers the same standard of medical care. Your program level never changes the quality of your Nurse Practitioner care, how comprehensive your assessment is, which laboratory tests are ordered, or which treatments you are eligible for. Your laboratory investigations are individualized to your clinical need.
What changes is how much support and access you have around that care. The only question is: how involved would you like us to be in helping you reach your health goals?
Thrive Care Credits give you flexible extra support — Starter 2 · Optimize 3 (6 months) or 6 (12 months) · Elite 5 (6 months) or 10 (12 months) · Signature 4.
Thrive Signature is not available to new patients. It requires one year of Thrive care with approximately quarterly Nurse Practitioner monitoring, and clinical stability determined by your Nurse Practitioner. Time alone does not qualify you, and you are never required to move to Signature.

Your Nurse Practitioner determines your monitoring schedule. If you are new to hormone therapy you will generally be reassessed approximately every three months during your first year, unless your Nurse Practitioner decides a different schedule is right for you.
Choose your program first, then any add-ons
Every Thrive program includes ongoing Nurse Practitioner–led medical management, clinically indicated laboratory monitoring and one introductory Registered Dietitian consultation. How much additional support you have — extra coordinator time, a home blood draw, in-clinic InBody® assessments where you are local — is set by the program you choose and the Thrive Care Credits it includes. Add-ons are optional and are chosen after you have selected a program.

Receipts are provided for extended health benefit-plan submission.
Nothing we charge for ever includes the cost of your medication. Your program fee covers care — prescribing, monitoring, and adjusting. Your medication is billed by your pharmacy and is your responsibility.
Included: your assessment and your managed care — the visits, the coordination, the monitoring, and the support between appointments.
Not included: medications, supplements, and lab work. Lab fees are billed directly by LifeLabs. Prescriptions are yours to fill wherever you like.
We work with Livewell Pharmacy, who can fill and mail your prescriptions anywhere in Ontario — no markup, no pressure. If there's a manufacturer savings program you qualify for, we'll help you find it. You're always free to use your own pharmacy.
How you'll get started
At onboarding you will review and sign your documents securely inside Jane, our booking and records platform — there is nothing to sign on this website. The order is always the same: you complete the assessment first, you are free to stop there, and only if you decide to continue do you select a Thrive program and then any optional add-ons. Revitalize does not provide prescribing outside an active Thrive program, and enrolling does not guarantee prescribing or any particular treatment — your Nurse Practitioner determines what is clinically appropriate, and you consent to the specific treatment recommended.
Ontario Residency Requirement
You must be physically located in Ontario at the time of your appointment. A valid Ontario health card and credit card on file are required to book.

Once you’re stable, you continue with the same full monitoring — body composition, energy, mood, sleep, and sexual function — and blood work every three months. We’re not the cheapest. We’re the one caring for you better — and that’s what private care means.
Making care affordable
Is our care inexpensive? No — and we won’t pretend otherwise. What we are is accessible. With 0% financing on programs over $1,000, feeling your best doesn’t have to wait until you can pay all at once.
Financing is provided by Beautifi, an independent third-party lender: 0% interest on programs over $1,000, over 6 or 12 months; subject to approval and eligibility; a small monthly administration fee, disclosed by Beautifi, may apply.
