We look at the concern you came in with, and wider where it is clinically relevant. Not everything. Not automatically. Only what matters for you — that is the Revitalize Method.
Comprehensive Clinical Assessment — $399, including a complimentary EMSELLA® session unless contraindicated. The Extended Comprehensive Clinical Assessment is $599 — a single appointment price that also includes a GAINSwave® treatment experience within the appointment. Health history, medications, relevant labs, symptoms and goals, any relevant physical assessment, then a specific recommendation.
Assessment works through the four factors that drive bladder control: hydration, bladder irritants, pelvic-floor muscle strength and bladder retraining. Not everyone needs treatment, and we will tell you if you don't.
Comprehensive Nurse Practitioner Medical Assessment — $399, in two appointments with laboratory investigations in between. The same assessment for everyone, regardless of condition, budget or which program you later choose. It happens before enrolment and is separate from the program.
Plenty of people arrive already on hormone therapy or medical weight-loss treatment. We do not assume anyone got it wrong — but if the symptoms that matter most to you have not shifted, a fresh comprehensive look is worth having. It is the same assessment, not a separate product.
Build the right plan
Your plan comes from the assessment, your goals and what is clinically appropriate — drawing on health teaching and habits, targeted treatment and technology, and medical, hormone and metabolic care. Not everyone needs every pillar.
Your recommendation and exact pricing are given to you in writing. Our standard investment amounts for each treatment are published; what is decided at your assessment is which of them you need and how many.
Individualized education — fluid and voiding habits, bladder irritants, retraining where appropriate, pelvic-floor teaching, nutrition and lifestyle. Different concerns need different teaching, so this is not the same conversation for everyone.
EMSELLA®, GAINSwave®, PRP procedures and other targeted options, used where they are clinically appropriate. Powerful tools — but a treatment can be excellent at its job without being the answer for every patient.
Nurse Practitioner assessment, laboratory evaluation, medication review, hormone care, PCOS, and weight and metabolic health.
If you are not a good candidate for something, we say so. We are not in the business of selling you a treatment because we happen to own the technology.

Follow through, review and adjust
Care continues with treatment, teaching, medical follow-up and reassessment as appropriate. What that looks like depends on your pathway and your plan — there is no single schedule everyone follows.
Where treatment is ongoing, your Nurse Practitioner reviews how things are going and adjusts. Monitoring is based on clinical need, not on which program you chose.
For pelvic-floor care in particular, strengthening does the muscle work — and what supports it afterwards is a separate question worth understanding before you spend anything. We cannot promise symptoms will not return.

This is the progression we use in the clinic. You do not choose from a preset package. Shannon determines the recommended active care plan after your paid clinical assessment.
We suggest what we believe you need, not what we want to sell. You can proceed with as much or as little of the recommendation as you are comfortable with, understanding that the complete recommendation is what we believe offers the best opportunity for improvement.
Complimentary Sexual Function Program Overview
A complimentary, non-clinical conversation with our Patient Care Coordinator. This is a program overview, not a medical assessment and not care planning. No exam, no diagnosis, and no decision about which treatments you will receive.
This complimentary appointment is a non-clinical conversation with our Patient Care Coordinator. We learn what brought you in, explain how Revitalize’s sexual-function program works, review the types of care available and their standard investment, and explain the next step if you decide to proceed. Your individual treatment recommendations are made during the paid Sexual Function Medical Assessment, not during this appointment.
What brought you in and your main concerns and goals; how we think about sexual function; education and visuals for the treatment categories that may be relevant; our standard published pricing and common examples of what care looks like; an InBody® scan if you attend in person; pump, supplement and home-support options where they apply; and a review of any symptom questionnaires you completed beforehand.
No medical assessment. No care planning. No diagnosis. No treatment selection, and no recommendation of an individualized treatment combination. No statement of how many treatments you personally need. Your coordinator will flag anything that needs a clinician's eye, and those questions belong to Step 2.
You can skip it and book the clinical assessment directly. You do not need our approval to book one.
Sexual Function Clinical Assessment
Your paid clinical assessment with Shannon. Comprehensive — $399. Extended — $599. This is where your recommendation and active care plan are determined.
The Comprehensive Clinical Assessment is $399 and includes a complimentary EMSELLA® session unless contraindicated. The Extended Comprehensive Clinical Assessment is $599 — a single appointment price that also includes a GAINSwave® treatment experience within the appointment.
The contributing factors in your case; candidacy and any contraindications; your recommended active care plan and the sequence to work through it; home support; and whether a Nurse Practitioner hormone and metabolic evaluation is clinically appropriate for you.
Sexual function can involve circulation, pelvic-floor function, hormones and medical or metabolic health, nerves, sensation and tissue health, mental, arousal and relationship factors, and lifestyle and general health. Each does a different job, and no single treatment covers them all. We address as many of the clinically relevant pieces as you are comfortable addressing — that is not a preset package.
Hormone & Metabolic Assessment — when clinically appropriate
A separate assessment with our Nurse Practitioner, standalone value $399. It may be included at no additional charge when it is clinically appropriate within eligible sexual function care.
Sexual function is influenced by much more than the sexual organs themselves. Hormones, blood sugar, cardiovascular and metabolic health, body composition, medications, sleep and other medical factors can all affect sexual function and quality of life — erections, desire, arousal, orgasm, energy, recovery.
You may not know which of these factors apply to you when you first come in — and you should not have to. Our role is to investigate what may be contributing, explain what we find, and make appropriate recommendations.
Having the assessment does not commit you to hormone treatment, medication or a Thrive program. Once you understand the findings and your options, you decide what you are comfortable addressing. If your Nurse Practitioner identifies something, they explain the finding and the options; you decide whether you want to address it. Assessment helps us identify the issue — Thrive is one option for ongoing medical management, when treatment and monitoring are needed.
You do not have to treat every factor we identify, and you do not have to resolve anything before receiving sexual function care. We can help you prioritise what matters most now and revisit the rest later.
Shannon determines at your assessment whether a medical, hormonal or metabolic evaluation is appropriate. It is not triggered by how much you spend, and it is not triggered by which treatments you choose. Care undertaken purely for elective enhancement does not automatically qualify.
We do not advertise free hormone therapy, and this is not that. The assessment may conclude that hormone treatment is not indicated for you. If you decline an included assessment, it is not substituted for other treatment.
Hormone treatment does not replace circulation-focused treatment, and circulation-focused treatment does not correct a hormone deficiency. Neither replaces pelvic-floor treatment where pelvic-floor dysfunction is part of the picture.
Care Plan & Next Steps Review
With our Patient Care Coordinator, once your clinical recommendations are known. Usually completed by phone; in person or by video if you prefer. Arranged for you rather than booked online.
Once your clinical recommendations are known, our Patient Care Coordinator meets with you to make sure everything is clear and help put the next steps in place. We review the care or program options that apply, what you would like to proceed with, pricing, payment or financing if needed, required agreements, pharmacy details where applicable, and upcoming appointments. This is usually completed by phone, but an in-person or video appointment can be arranged if you prefer.
Shannon's sexual function recommendation; your Nurse Practitioner's recommendation where one applies; Thrive or ongoing hormone and metabolic support if applicable; dietitian; fitness; pelvic-floor physiotherapy; sex therapy; products and home support; your Maintenance Credit; financing; agreements; and treatment scheduling.
You see the complete known investment in writing, then decide what to pay directly and what, if anything, to finance. Your coordinator does not reinterpret clinical findings or change your clinician’s recommendation. The clinician determines what is clinically recommended; you decide what you consent to proceed with. Financing never changes the clinical recommendation. Up to this point you have paid for your assessment with Shannon and nothing else, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise.
Your recommendation may include things we do not provide — glucose, blood-pressure, cholesterol or sleep-apnea management, smoking cessation, weight management, urology or medical follow-up. We recommend what needs attention whether we provide it or not.
Active Care
Your individualized active care begins — built around your findings and your goals, in the sequence that makes clinical sense, and never a package pushed on everyone.
Our standard investment amounts are published. What is decided at your assessment is which treatments you need and how many — we do not sell preset course sizes and we do not publish a package ladder.
You can proceed with as much or as little of the recommendation as you are comfortable with. We will tell you what we believe the complete recommendation offers, and then it is your decision.
Progress Review & Adjustment
We track how you have actually responded and adjust where that is clinically appropriate — including additional active care if it is clinically required, and equally telling you when further treatment is not warranted.
Your progress is reviewed using the same validated questionnaires you completed at the beginning, so the comparison is real rather than impressionistic.
Whether your goals have been met; whether additional active care is clinically required; whether another contributing factor now needs attention; and when it is the right time to move to maintenance.
We set realistic expectations at your assessment rather than making promises.
Maintenance
Once your active-care goals have been addressed, care transitions to maintenance to hold what you have gained. How often you come is reviewed with Shannon and adjusted to your situation.
Maintenance is charged at a reduced per-session rate, with bonus sessions available when you prepay. Full maintenance pricing is on our pricing page.
You earn 5% of what you actually paid for eligible active sexual function treatment, calculated before tax and rounded up to the next $5, toward eligible maintenance services, capped at $1,000. It has no cash value, is not refundable and is not transferable. It is calculated and confirmed with you at your Care Plan & Next Steps Review, and the full exclusion list is on the pricing page.
Monthly pelvic-floor treatment while you are still in active sexual function care is Pelvic Floor Continuation Care, which is part of your active plan.
