Registered Dietitian Care

Nutrition care that fits
the life you actually have.

Detailed, individualized nutrition care led by a Registered Dietitian — booked on its own, with no program enrolment required.

You do not need to be in a program

Registered Dietitian care at Revitalize is a service in its own right. You can see our dietitian as a standalone patient, without joining any program, and add more sessions whenever you want them. Patients who purchased a program including an initial dietitian assessment before 12 October 2026 keep that entitlement exactly as purchased.

Already purchased a benefit?

Patients who bought before 12 October 2026

If you purchased an Allied Health Care Benefit as part of a program before 12 October 2026, you keep it exactly as purchased. It is not part of new enrolment, and nothing you bought has been reduced or withdrawn.

Please call the clinic and we will confirm what you have. Everything else on this page is booked on its own.

An included assessment is exactly that — an assessment. It never meant unlimited follow-up. Additional individual follow-ups are $125 each, at any point.

This is not just weight-loss care

Nutrition affects a great deal more than the number on a scale. Depending on what brought you here, your dietitian may work with you on:

Detailed, individualized nutrition assessment and care is the dietitian's work. Your Nurse Practitioner handles the medical side; your coordinator helps you put the plan into practice. You should not have to be the one joining those pieces together.

What to expect

Your initial assessment

A full look at how you are currently eating, your health history and medications, what you have already tried, what your goals are, and what is realistically workable for you. You leave with direction, not a printout of generic advice.

Duration is set at booking. Ask us and we will tell you before you book.

Follow-up sessions

Review what is working, adjust what is not, and troubleshoot the practical barriers. How often is up to you and your dietitian — some people want regular contact, others prefer to check in occasionally.

Working with the rest of the team

Where you are also seeing our Nurse Practitioner or Fitness & Lifestyle provider, they share one plan rather than three. If recommendations ever appear to conflict, tell us and we will resolve it — that is our job, not yours.

Insurance. Registered Dietitian services may be eligible for reimbursement through some extended-health plans, depending on your individual coverage. We provide a professional receipt you can submit. We cannot confirm what your plan will reimburse.
