Integrated Partner
Registered Dietitian
Charlotte works with Revitalize patients on nutrition as a clinical input rather than a diet. Hormonal change, metabolic health, blood sugar, body composition and medication all interact with what and how you eat, and that is the ground she covers.
Assessment of your current intake and patterns, then a plan built around your medical findings, your preferences and what is realistic for you. Where you are on medication that affects appetite, digestion or blood sugar, nutrition is adjusted around it rather than treated separately.
People whose bloodwork or body composition suggests nutrition is a meaningful factor. People navigating menopause or metabolic change. People on weight-related medication who want to protect muscle and eat properly alongside it. And people who have had enough conflicting advice and want a clinical answer.
Charlotte is an Integrated Partner. She participates directly in the Revitalize care pathway, can be selected for your Thrive Allied Health Benefit, and coordinates with your Nurse Practitioner so nutrition and medical care point the same way.
