We treat to how you feel and function — never beyond accepted safety ranges, because the risks of overshooting are real, and we only ever want what's best for you.
We specialize in hormone optimization and restoration for men and women. Gender-affirming and transition-related care calls for a practitioner with specialized training in that area — and we're glad to help point you toward one. It's care that deserves a specialist, and that isn't our focus. We're not against it in any way; we simply believe you deserve someone who does it every day.

Track your muscle and fat at home — highly recommended for virtual patients. One price for everyone.
Receipts are provided for extended health benefit-plan submission.
Included: your assessment and your managed care — the visits, the coordination, the monitoring, and the support between appointments.
Not included: medications, supplements, and lab work. Lab fees are billed directly by LifeLabs. Prescriptions are yours to fill wherever you like.
We work with Livewell Pharmacy, who can fill and mail your prescriptions anywhere in Ontario — no markup, no pressure. If there's a manufacturer savings program you qualify for, we'll help you find it. You're always free to use your own pharmacy.
How you'll get started
At onboarding you'll review and sign one Program Agreement securely inside Jane, our booking and records platform — there's nothing to sign on this website. Once it's signed, your first visit with your nurse practitioner is booked and your care begins.
Ontario Residency Requirement
You must be physically located in Ontario at the time of your appointment. A valid Ontario health card and credit card on file are required to book.
