Shannon trained directly with Dr. Runels in Fairhope, Alabama in June 2026. Following that training, he invited her to become a certified Canadian instructor — one of the only practitioners in Canada authorized to certify other providers in his procedures. The Anesthesia Assistant designation in Shannon's RRT-AA credential was the qualifying factor that earned a personal exception to his physician-focused program.
