What We Treat
All in-person procedures are available to American patients without restriction. The only limitation for US patients is virtual care — our Nurse Practitioner is licensed in Ontario and cannot prescribe across the border unless you are physically present in Ontario at the time of your appointment.
Hormone Optimization for US Patients
Hormone optimization and medical weight management are available to American patients through Revitalize Virtual Care, but with strict requirements that differ from Canadian patients. We are transparent about these upfront so there are no surprises.

Will my US insurance cover any of this?
Standard US health insurance does not cover these procedures. HSA and FSA accounts typically do cover medical procedures and consultations — we recommend checking with your benefits administrator. We provide itemized receipts for everything.
Is everything confidential?
Yes. All patient information is held under PHIPA (Ontario's health privacy legislation). Nothing is shared with your US insurer, employer, or physician without your explicit written consent.
