Shannon is a Registered Respiratory Therapist with an Anesthesia Assistant designation and 25+ years of critical care experience. She is a Certified Continence Advisor — the only EMSELLA provider in the Niagara region with this credential — and a certified instructor in the complete Dr. Charles Runels PRP procedure suite including P-Shot®, O-Shot®, Vampire Facelift®, Vampire Breast Lift®, Vampire Wing Lift™, Vampire Hair Restoration®, Priapus Toxin™, and Clitoxin™. She is also certified in cosmetic neuromodulator and dermal filler.

Kathryn Sharman is a Nurse Practitioner with full prescribing authority and the Medical Director overseeing Revitalize Your Health's regulated medical procedures. With more than six years across primary care and aesthetic medicine — and her own established primary care and cosmetic practice — she brings a strong clinical foundation and a particular interest in the therapeutic treatment of migraine, hyperhidrosis, and TMJ. At Revitalize Your Health she provides the medical governance and oversight that keep every treatment safe, evidence-based, and compliant with professional standards.

Jennifer Kowalyk is a Nurse Practitioner with full prescribing authority leading Revitalize Virtual Care. She manages hormone optimization, testosterone replacement therapy, GLP-1 medical weight loss, PCOS assessment and management, and ADHD assessment and treatment for patients across Ontario. Jennifer brings a thorough, unhurried approach to virtual care — appointments are 50 minutes, not 10.

Grace Sizenando is a pelvic floor physiotherapist who conducts virtual assessments for Revitalize Your Health patients. Her formal physiotherapy assessment enables EMSELLA sessions to be billed under physiotherapy — making them HST exempt and potentially covered by extended health benefits. Grace brings deep clinical knowledge of pelvic floor dysfunction to every patient she works with.

MSc Physiotherapy, McMaster University. Ellie is a Niagara-based physiotherapist with a special interest in pelvic floor physiotherapy. We refer patients to Ellie when hands-on physiotherapy complements their in-clinic program. She operates her own independent practice in the Niagara Region.

Helena Dackovic is a physiotherapist specializing in pelvic health who works with the Revitalize Your Health team. Helena is currently on maternity leave and will return to the team.

We are growing and actively building our in-clinic team. Our Office Manager will be the first person you meet — responsible for your experience from first contact through to your last appointment.

Our Virtual Care Coordinator will support patients across Ontario navigating the virtual care program — from onboarding through to ongoing follow-up. Coordinating bloodwork, InBody scans, and NP appointments seamlessly.
