Your own blood.
Your own growth factors.
25x concentrated.

PRP — Platelet-Rich Plasma — takes a small amount of your blood, concentrates the platelets and growth factors, and re-injects them into targeted tissue to stimulate regeneration, improve blood flow, and restore nerve sensitivity. We use the Cervos KeyPRP system, which delivers up to 25x platelet concentration over baseline — significantly higher than standard PRP kits used at most clinics.

How we do PRP

Focused shockwave with every PRP session

Every P-Shot® and O-Shot® at Revitalize is performed together with focused shockwave therapy in the same session. The shockwave prepares the tissue and improves how well the PRP works, so you get more from each treatment. It's simply how we do PRP here — part of the treatment, not an add-on.

The PRP System We Use
Cervos KeyPRP by MD Biologix

Not all PRP is the same. The platelet concentration, processing method, and kit quality directly affect what growth factors are available for tissue regeneration. Most clinics use standard PRP kits that produce 3–5x baseline platelet concentration. We use Cervos KeyPRP — a premium closed-system kit that delivers up to 25x concentration over baseline.

Up to 25x platelet concentration over baseline — significantly more growth factors
100% closed system — no contamination risk, no needle-stick concerns
Autologous — your own blood, your own growth factors, no foreign substances
Customizable leukocyte composition — tailored to the specific treatment application
Canadian distributor — MD Biologix, used across Canada in clinical and regenerative settings
Why concentration matters
Platelets release growth factors — PDGF, TGF-β, VEGF, and others — that stimulate tissue regeneration, nerve healing, and new blood vessel formation. More platelets means more growth factors. More growth factors means stronger regenerative signal. The difference between 5x and 25x concentration is not marginal. It is the difference between a gentle suggestion to heal and a strong directive.
For Men

The P-Shot®
Priapus Shot

The P-Shot was developed by Dr. Charles Runels — the same physician whose network Shannon Lapointe is an approved instructor within. The procedure injects concentrated PRP directly into the corpus cavernosum and surrounding erectile tissue.

The growth factors in the PRP stimulate the formation of new blood vessels, support nerve regeneration, improve tissue health, and enhance the vascular response that makes erections possible. In a 2021 randomized controlled trial, 76% of men achieved clinically meaningful improvement versus 27% with placebo.

Improved erection firmness and reliability
Increased sensitivity and sensation
Stronger, more intense orgasms
Potential girth enhancement with P-Long protocol
Peyronie's disease — softening of fibrous plaque
Improved response to shockwave therapy when combined
Post-prostate tissue healing and recovery
Add-on option: Priapus Toxin — BTX-A injected into corpus cavernosum in the same session. Enhances vascular smooth muscle relaxation for improved blood flow response.
What the procedure involves
1
Blood draw
Small amount drawn from your arm — same as a standard blood test
2
Centrifuge
Cervos KeyPRP system concentrates platelets to 25x baseline in under 15 minutes
3
Topical freeze
Topical anaesthetic applied. Most men describe minimal discomfort
4
Injection
PRP injected into corpus cavernosum. Procedure takes under 30 minutes total
Shannon has years of hands-on experience performing the P-Shot® and is an approved instructor within Dr. Charles Runels' network — the physician who developed the procedure. June 2026.

BLT topical and injectable lidocaine. Most women report minimal to no discomfort

A 2026 randomized controlled trial published in Obstetrics & Gynecology — one of the most prestigious journals in the field — confirmed PRP improves female sexual function scores versus control. This is the most recent and highest-quality evidence for O-Shot PRP to date.
For Women

The O-Shot®
Orgasm Shot

The O-Shot — developed by Dr. Charles Runels — injects concentrated PRP into the clitoral region and anterior vaginal wall. The growth factors stimulate new blood vessel formation, improve nerve sensitivity, and restore tissue health in areas that are directly involved in arousal, lubrication, and orgasm.

94% of women in published clinical studies reported improvement in sexual function and satisfaction following O-Shot treatment. In 2026, a randomized controlled trial in Obstetrics & Gynecology confirmed the efficacy of PRP for female sexual dysfunction.

Increased clitoral sensitivity and arousal response
Stronger and more frequent orgasms
Improved natural lubrication
Reduced pain during intercourse — tissue restoration
Improved vaginal laxity and tissue tone
Reduced urinary stress incontinence in some patients
Synergistic with hormone optimization and GAINSwave® focused shockwave
Add-on option: Clitoxin — BTX-A injected into clitoral and vaginal tissue in the same session as the O-Shot. Enhances vascular response and smooth muscle relaxation for improved arousal and orgasm.

Whether PRP is right for you, and how many treatments you need, is determined at your clinical assessment — not before we have met you. See our full pricing page for every standard investment amount.

Book this directlyYou can book these online yourself. You do not need the complimentary coordinator appointment or a clinical assessment first, and returning patients do not need a new assessment — Jane collects the medical history and sends the preparation instructions either way.One treatment addresses the factors that treatment targets. Sexual function usually has more than one contributor, which is why we generally prefer a comprehensive program that works on several at once. Booking a single treatment is a perfectly reasonable choice — we just want you to know the difference.

Your symptom is where the conversation starts — not where the assessment ends.

Two people with the same complaint can need very different things. We look at what is actually contributing — blood flow, tissue health, pelvic-floor function, hormones and metabolic health, medications, sleep, stress and general health — and then explain what we found.

ProactiveThings work; you want to keep them working.
Early changeSomething shifted and did not shift back.
EstablishedA clear, persistent problem.
ComplexLongstanding, or layered with other health issues.

How much treatment, and in what order, is decided at your clinical assessment — not from a web page or a quiz. Age is part of the context, not the deciding factor. Individual treatments remain available if that is what you want. Read the full picture →
