Pillar Two · Treatment & Technology
The tools, used where they fit.
Having powerful technology and having comprehensive care around that technology are two different things. We have both. The treatments below are genuinely good at the jobs they do — and the point of the assessment is working out which of them, if any, actually belong in your care.
A treatment can be excellent at its job without being the answer for every patient. Some people need one of these. Some need a combination. Some need none of them at all, and we will say so.
Pelvic-floor muscle stimulation and strengthening — thousands of contractions per session, fully clothed. Used for bladder control and pelvic-floor weakness where clinically appropriate.

Blood flow can be an important part of sexual function and sensitivity — but it isn't the whole picture. Hormones, metabolic and cardiovascular health, medications, pelvic-floor function and other individual factors may also contribute. Which of those matter for you is exactly what the assessment is for. We do not assume all of them apply to everyone.
Strengthening does the muscle work. What supports it afterwards is a separate question, and it is worth understanding before you spend anything. That is why treatment here sits alongside health teaching and habits and, where relevant, medical, hormone and metabolic care — not instead of them.
We set realistic expectations at your assessment rather than making promises. Individual results vary.
Some patients need mostly one pillar. Some need parts of two. Some benefit from all three. Your assessment decides that — not our equipment list.
We start by working out whether we can help you. It costs nothing to explain what is going on and find out which parts of this actually apply to you.
