Everyone is really excited about this HIFEM technology. There are multiple scientific studies published that document in detail how the Kegel Throne Emsella Treatment  helps patients with several types of incontinence as well as sexual dysfunction. The unparalleled happiness our patients display with their results is testament enough to the efficacy of this treatment.

It is possible to not have significant improvement in your symptoms however. This is entirely dependant on the severity and history of your current condition. Everyone responds differently. We encourage you to come for a free consultation so we can discuss your unique situation in more detail.

Clinical studies show that the majority of patients are able to maintain the results 6 months or longer after their treatment series. The pelvic floor is a series of muscles though. If these muscles are not maintained, they can lose some of their strength and can affect the progress you have achieved.

We always do a 4-week follow up after you have completed your 6-session protocol. This is an important appointment to assess your progress and discuss maintenance session recommendations. Keeping a healthy lifestyle, maintaining muscular strength through exercise recommendations or doing single maintenance sessions on the Emsella chair is key to maintaining your results in the longer term.

Our team will review your progress and make several recommendations, including important lifestyle changes if needed. Everything we do is to ensure your best result.

This may vary depending on your age, physical condition, and many other aspects. Studies have shown that 6 sessions is usually sufficient to strengthen pelvic floor muscles. This can vary with the extent of your specific medical condition or history. Some patients begin to feel tangible results right after the first treatment, but everyone responds differently. Positive results typically continue to improve over the next few weeks.

It is possible to feel some brief soreness as though you did a workout. In general, this is extremely well tolerated. You can get back to any daily activity immediately following the procedure. This is a safe and tolerated well treatment for the elderly as well.

No! That is one of the best things about The Kegel Throne Emsella Treatment. Patients say it is completely painless, the session feels intense, like you’ve done a pelvic floor workout, but it’s not painful. You can sit on the Kegel Throne Emsella chair and relax, read or watch TV during the treatment. During your free consultation, our staff will be more than happy to let you experience the Kegel Throne for yourself.

The Kegel Throne Emsella Treatment is a proven medical device that has been FDA & Health Canada approved for the treatment of urinary incontinence in both men and women. When you come in for a consultation, we will cover how the Kegel Throne Emsella Treatment works and discuss the unique safety profile in detail.

The Kegel Throne Emsella Treatment is a great option for men & women who desire a solution for embarrassing urinary symptoms as well as urinary/fecal incontinence. Some women find this an amazing treatment in their recovery after childbirth as well as their progression through menopause. Both see an improvement in the quality of their intimate life. Men can benefit as well. This Includes those with erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation or those who suffer with prostate issues or have had invasive prostate surgery.

Those with certain metals in their body need to be screen carefully prior to starting treatment. This will be discussed in the free consultation.

The Kegel Throne Emsella Treatment is the only procedure that targets pelvic floor muscles involuntarily and causes almost 12, 000 deep pelvic floor contractions due to HIFEM®* technology. These contractions are much stronger than you could induce on your own if doing a kegel exercise.

Comparing to Kegel exercises, patients are often not able to properly contract pelvic floor muscles when they are very weak, this causes clients to not maintain the consistency required because they don’t feel like much is happening or improving.

Procedures such as intravaginal electrostimulation have a risk of burns and lack the effect as the electrical current treats tissue only superficially, plus the need to insert the disposable vaginal probe is very invasive by nature.

Pelvic floor physiotherapy is another proven method of strengthening pelvic floor muscles. It has been studied and proven effective. However, due to the invasive nature of the exam and exercises, many clients choose not to participate or fail to remain consistent in their therapy

The Kegel Throne Emsella Treatment helps patients to restore bowel, bladder and sexual control by strengthening their pelvic floor muscles. This series of muscles is very important to the overall support of your bowels, bladder and sexual function. So when the muscles are weak, you can start to develop issues in any or all of those affected areas. Strengthening these muscles improves your symptoms.

The Kegel Throne Emsella Treatment is a truly non-invasive, painless procedure where patients remain fully clothed.
